Greyhawk Timeline

Aeris Winterood

First Post
I have seen may timelines for Greyhawk over the years but they all seem to be piece-meal. I have taken as many of them I could find and combined them in to on ereallyy huge timeline and am wondering if any players and/or DM's out there would like to check it out.

It is currently about 16 pages in Word format with small font. I have added more to it with every issue of the LG journal. I dont belong to RPGA, yet. But have added what I could use from noted happenings from the Dragon mag. I would also like a few people to check it out for errors or omitions. Whenever I found contradicting dates I used the most recent or in many cases used EGG's ideas on it.

Codex....

I have been to that site a few times but I dont think it is updated anymore.. but I am not sure. I do go to Canonfire alot.. .maybe those there would like it too... I guess if people want it just email me and I will send it off to you.

A bump for Aeris here since many of the well known Greyhawkers on this board haven't weighed in here. (Grodog - Alan, Corndog - Rich, Erik Mona, Denis Tretrault, among others, etc...)

Just for the record I certainly think you should send it in to Canonfire.

Hi Aeris,

I'd love to see a copy of your timeline. I have been trying to assemble something similar out of the items at Greyhawk Codex.
My email address is in my profile.

I suggest posting a draft version to Greytalk. The folks there will help you with any problems, and once you're satisfied with it, it'd make a great addition to the Canonfire archives.

I'll second that motion! and thanks for the plug Tempest ;->

I found a timeline that showed several different calanders, from various cultures. It's in a Oerth journal I think. I've got it on the hard drive here. I'll try to find which one it was.

Oerth Journal 1 had the timelines.

While canon timelines don't interest me too much honestly, I will jump on the 'submit it to greytalk/canonfire' bandwagon. If you want some feedback (and can handle the criticism of any possible mistakes) those are the places to do it.

As was mentioned above, Codex of Greyhawk is pretty much a read only site these days, it only had one update I know of last year, and none yet this year.
