Thanks kengar! That yahoo group has just the base rules (which is what I was looking for).

I know Sleeping Imperium also did psionics, martial arts, and firearms rules. Any ideas on where to find those?

Ahhh... I'll take a look. I think I've got the psionics at home as well, I'm just assuming that there are other people out there who'd like them, but all the download links to them are dead...

Anyone know of any live internet locations or would anyone be willng to host them?

When I asked relatively recently, someone had mirrored them. However, it's hard to find now, I'm afraid. Search engines don't seem to turn it up.
