More the old-style Voodoo zombies, rather than flesh-eating undead. They're clearly people who are still alive, just under the super-suggestible control of the Baron.

EDIT: oops, forgot I hadn't seen the second half of the season finale. Stupid episode schedule change messes me up on that... But even so, they weren't undead zombies.

True that. At first when that one cop got bit, I thought it would change hime into a zombie, then they show there was an antidote. Almost always an antidote. Then the whole thing turns into a trap for Nick. Gah! cliff-hanger!!

The caption after the cliffhanger was funny. This show was good out of the gate and still has come a long way in its two years. I'll keep watching.

I tried to watch it two years ago, went into the induced coma when I got sick and took a few mmonths before my brain would watch it.. .. .. .. I will have to check out the end caption.
