I'd highly recommend Graham Walmsley's Stealing Cthulhu for a great resource on returning to Lovecraft's literature in your campaign. Adding Stealing Cthulhu to Call of Cthulhu pushes the d20 roll up to 21 through some sort of extradimensional process I do not quite understand.
