It was a Kickstarter reward by the Dungeon Bastard. He might have it for sale on his website.

It wasn't a reward,it was what the actual Kickstarter was for! Though it does come with another adventure as well.

This is STILL not for sale anywhere. Not even a hint of if it will ever see the light of day other than for the kickstarter folks.

That's what that means. The goal of a Kickstarter is typically the reward(s) that the backers get. Having it go on sale separately is a bonus.
