Gruumsh killed Corellon Larethian - replacements?

Bah the only thing Lolth can do is crawl back into the webs and wait for Orcus and the rest to crush her! Go Orcus! :D

Oh and I guess go Grummsh too...sort of. :p

I'd replace the designer. No way the god of the Loser Race could kill a small child, much less a god.

Orcs are there to be slaughtered by the dozen by 3rd-level characters. Same goes for orc deities, except that the characters need to advance to 4th level first.

I don't think most orcs have any interests even remotely related to Orcus unless Orcus tried to pull a PR stunt and the orcs were really dumb:

"Thurgark, whole orc pantheon destroyed. What do now?"

"Look at sign over there: 'Need new God? Need God like you? You orc? Orc-us too!' "

Ah, it's all settled, then.

In any case, it looks to be an interesting campaign to come. Which world are you working in (Faerun, Greyhawk, Eberron, etc)?
I surely hope no-one is using Gruumsh, Corellon, et cetera, or telling stories about fights between gods, in Eberron. ;)

Brief Threadjack

That actually might be an interesting plot for Eberron. In a place where no one is really sure that god's exist or can influence things suddenly new gods show up, Literally. And the resulting confusion, disruption of the setting metaplot as these new gods make things happen and none of the old gods show up to stop them.

Orcus supporting Karnath and assisting in them to restart the war and lay waste to Thrane. Other gods fostering their own agendas visibly, large groups of people moving to support these new gods a person can't doubt the existence of. Large political groups breaking up in the resulting chaos. All that good stuff.

Only as the truly endless hordes of orcs from the main civilization the others were just outriders of pour up from the underdark and out of the most inhospitable unpeopled wastes does anyone realize what they've done.
Perhaps use this to justify some strategic Drow advances into orc territory in the underdark? They make a quick land grab underground and then do as much to harrass/kill orcs on the surface to attempt to create a bloody stalemate between the surface elves and orcs so they can secure their new holdings. Lolth I would assume use this time to enhance her power incase Gruumsh gets wind of the plan.

Personally I'd like to see Olidammara, though chaotic neutral, realize the gravity of Gruumsh's deicidal tendancies. He kills and impersonates an orc demigod in order to get close to Gruumsh then steals his other eye, handing this off to the elven Pantheon or ... perhaps Lolth to use as a barganing chip?
