Working on one now... it's not complete, but it will be excel based. I have yet to get GT, so I am working in the dark using d20 modern as a starting point. I will let you know when I have finished it up after receiving the book as an early MarauderX-mas present.

The four-page Mad Irishman d20 Modern character sheet is a thing of beauty. If the d20 Modern Core Book were ever to be sold in electronic form, this is the sheet they ought to bundle with it.

You might try Ema's Character Sheets for some d20 Modern sheets. Ema has fantastic sheets on his site, and those new dynamic sheets for D&D are awesome.
