Hey, thanks for the review, MotG! I certainly can't complain about any of your comments, except to say that Flaws work better than you think they do. You gotta play it to get it.

But that probably indicates I did a sub-optimal job explaining them.

Thank you very much -- I really appreciate you taking the time and effort to write that up and post it. Rest assured your thoughts will contribute to future products.

I'm sure it will probably work out better than it seems, since a character who doesn't use up all of his panache is relatively safe. But short of actually play-testing it, it just looks a little hinky.

I wouldn't worry about how well you explained it, I think I got what you were going for, it's just not my kind of thing. The mechanics of it, like all the rest seem great, it's just not my thing.

Then again, the first time I looked at my favorite system it seemed crazy, but when I played it, the game was fantastic. This may very well be the case here. Please don't get me wrong, I highly recommend this product.

Mm, the Starsky & Hutch Gun-Fu expansion pack. Yeah, baby.

Dont forget Bullitt, Shaft, Harry Calahan, Dolemite, Serpico, et al. Heck, just call the whole expansion "CanUDigIt?-d20" :)

Core: Sent a reply.

This product has delivered an imperative unto me to finally convert M&M's hero point system to regular D&D play. My core games could use an extra dose of Panache.

As for artwork, let me first say that I’m not a visual person, though I will agree that appropriate art certainly makes a product more appealing. That said, the artwork herein is simple, but fitting to the subject matter. It depicts a lot of action, but without much detail. All in all, no one is going to buy this product because of the art, but it in no way detracts from the experience.

Well not so bad for my entry into the RPG art market.
