Gun jams and malfunctions in D20 modern(or any other game with guns)

A properly maintained and cleaned automatic should virtually never jam. sure crap happens but it would be rare.(non-proficency can cause a wepaon to jam as well, but again really rare and usually needs a really loose grip) A revolver just shouldn't jam period, i'm sure it could develop some other problem but revolvers basically don't jam, though I supposes one in bad shape might not well revolve and then not load the next round, but that would be one messed up revolver.
