Gygax's Caslte Zagyg Cover

Greetings and Salutations Enworlders!

I've been sitting on this cover for a few days as I've been off to Origins and other various and sundry tasks and jobs. But this morning I've uploaded the cover for the first part of Gygax's Castle Zagyg, Yggsburgh.

This painting by Rick Sardhina (Hall of Many Panes, Fane of the Witch King) is absolutley amazing.

For those of you who do not know, Yggsburgh is the environs of Castle Zagyg. Some 1500 square miles of wilderness adventure area completely detailed and fleshed out, all designed to harden your players and you against the great dark that is the Dungeons of Zagyg.

I love his work, and I also love that he's got a real sense of humor.

Thanks for all the kind words. I'll pass them on to Rick. And yes I noticed the similarity to Rick as well...its supposed to be Gygax. He did say he wanted a better picture of him before he finalized it, so we'll see.

But I am very happy with the work. Rick is a master.
