but, think about the rarity of a talent....
Only 5% of people are supposed to have hero levels, everyone else is an ordinary, of those 5% only 1/6 will be smart heroes... of thouse how many will pick a particular talent. I kinda feel talents should all be innate. You can get better at it, or you can find a talent within yourself you never knew you had, but you can't learn one. If it can be taught it's not a talents cuz i could teach anyone with intelligence to trace, doesn't have to be one of the special 5%.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying these arn't hard things to do, and please don't think i'm knocking your article, as i said, i loved it, good rules, i'm just using them a different way.
