Hackmaster, "new" Greyhawk threads

I just read the first thread. I knew, before I went near it, that the main culprit would be our old friend Iconoclast (now Fourecks). I look at the thread, and there he is, deliberately antagonising Gygax.

Yeah, but then when you've got him pegged he turns around and writes the following in Merric's thread on his 30th birthday and the death of his mother:

I'm truly sorry for you.

Whether here, Greytalk, Canonfire, Dragonsfoot or elsewhere, I've noted that both your attitude and your writing are excellent and are greatly welcomed by the Greyhawk fan community. I didn't know your mother, however I'm sure these qualities were evident in her as well, and for that I feel a great loss.

My condolances to you. May you live with the knowledge that her words in print will carry her spirit and in you and through your writings, her spirit blossoms and continues to grow.

Ah, well. I'm sure even Genghis Khan sent his mother flowers in May.
