- No Group Diplomacy
- Half-Elves get +1 to two of the following defenses: Fort, Reflex, Will
- For the Half-elf Dilettante power, a Half-elf can replace a physical attack ability with any other physical ability (for instance, Str with Con) or a mental attack ability with any other mental ability (for instance, Cha with Int). This only applies to the attack and not any damage or effects.
- Replace Longsword proficiency with Rapier proficiency
Classes

- Get Athletics and 3 other trained skills at 1st level
- Add Perception to class skill list
