Half-Human Races (no stats required, just need ideas and flavor)

The thread lives!

More half-demons, the last (until Miniatures Handbook, maybe) of WOTC's demonic horde.

From Monsters of Faerun

Ghouron (half ghour)
Ghourons resemble large, lean bull-headed men with sharp horns, sharp teeth and hideous, nauseating breath. Despite their small size (only marginally larger than a human), they command the attention of any ogres and minotaurs, and are likely to be thier leader if found among them. Rarely found among their human kin, ghourons are unusual for their love of music; a ghouron-led ogre horde, for instance, can often be identified as such by their fondness for marching drums, horns and bugles. They hate both goristo and goristons, and will attack them on sight.

Lolch (half yochlol)
Human half-yochlols are unheard of, as yochlols are in most human lands. However, the favored of Lolth sometimes force their sons to mate with the Spider Goddess' handmaids, and lolches are the result. Lolches resemble cyclops-eyed, misshapen drow woman, but are capable of altering their form to that of a beautiful drow or human maid. This ability makes lolches excellent spies for the noble houses, both in the cities of men and in the halls of their rivals. Lolches are skilled combatants, however, and they often use their false, benign appearance to their advantage in assassination missions.

OK, so I lied.
These are the last of the demonmen, the sons and daughters of the demon lords themselves. Enjoy.

Spawn of Baphomet
The spawn of Baphomet resemble humans covered in black fur with massive leathery wings (although their father is wingless) and sharp, curved horns. They are the most numerous of the children of the demon lords, as Baphomet has many concubines and a taste for mortal women. All spawn of Baphomet are hermaphrodites, an unusual legacy of Baphomet's past as a fertility god.
The spawn of Baphomet are excellent and canny hunters with a superb sense of direction, and they are fond of human prey. They will often lure victims into mazes and chase them until the prey drops from exhaustion, at which point they are consumed as a sacrifice to their father. Spawn of Baphomet are often found as leaders of their father's army, leading platoons of ghours, ghourons, and nalfenshee.

Spawn of Demogorgon
The spawn of Demogorgon are the demons that would be kings. They are hideous creatures, each unique in its foulness, but all of them have some shared characteristics. All of them have scaled hides, poor posture and long arms with either too many or too few joints. Most hideous, however, are their cleft faces, each side its own malformed and forever joined head.
The spawn of demogorgon also share a lust for power, and every one conspires to increase its station. Sme have tried (and failed) to overthrow their father and become Prince of Demons. Others are content to lead armies and serve as ambassadors to other demonic courts, where they plot to cause hostilities to serve their own ends. The worst ofthem, however, seek to become the puppetmasters of Prime world kingdoms-- and some might already be.

Spawn of Fraz-Urb'Luu
The spawn of Fraz-Urb'Luu are consummate tricksters and masters of guile. Although their bat-eared, long-tailed, blue down covered, winged forms are rather distinctive, they are skilled in both magical and mundane disguise. The spawn of the Great Deceiver are content to stay low-profile, letting other demonmen get slain by do-good adventurers and their own kin. The spawn of Fraz-Urb'Luu have more sinister designs.
Without even the knowledge of their father, the spawn of Fraz-Urb'Luu work together to bring about the End Of All Things. They spread rumors and false intelligence, hoping to send the entire multiverse into a state of perpetual war. Eventually, the fabric of reality would be torn to pieces- so the spawn hope- and their father will be truly proud of them- in the miliseconds he remains alive, of course.

Spawn of Grazzt
The sons and daughters of the Dark Prince are handsome beings that would look almost human, save for their gray skin and the sixth finger on their left hands. Grazzt proudly proclaims his standing as the creator of the demonmen, and, indeed, almost as many demonmen are children of Grazzt as there are children of Baphomet.
The spawn of Grazzt are the ultimate seducers. Most of them are enchanters of great power, and even the weakest of them lead a cult cell dedicated to their father. As Grazzt desires to rule all of demonkind, his children oblige him by providing mortal petitioners, because they know the perks that would come of serving the most powerful demon of all, as long as they'd have a shot of the inheritance...

Spawn of Jubilex
The first spawn of Jubilex were the original oozemaster. These pitiful seeming but deadly creatures resemble amorphous green humans, whose dripping flesh are studded with glowing red eyes. They lurk in the dark places even drow and derro shun, breeding all sorts of foul slimes and oozes and sending them to destroy all bony creatures. Two of the most recent, and most successful, creations are the bone oozes and flesh jellies.
The spawn of Jubilex cannot speak, but their burblings, combined with their telepathy, allow them to communicate to whomever they feel should listen. These people are few and far between, but occasionally a spawn will adopt some orphaned humanoid, teach him to revere Jubilex, and slowly corrupt his form and mind until it resembes their own.

Spawn of Kostchtchie
The spawn of Kostchtchie resemble their father exactly; they are yellow skinned humanoids with bushy eyebrows and flattened heads. Most all of them carry warhammers as symbols of their father's might, and many of them wander the cold reaches of the multiverse with a retinue of frost giants and white dragons.
This is exactly what Kostchtchie wants.
Kostchtchie acheived his level of power knowing that many beings want him dead. So occasionally, he disguises himself as a mortal, impregnates a woman, and abducts the child after its birth. He then raises his child lovingly, and sets him off to conquer the multiverse. Or so they think. Kostchtchie is actually raising a small army of decoys, designed to cause the forces of good to kill the wrong Kostchtchie, while the real one continues his evil deeds unscathed.

Spawn of Orcus
The spawn of Orcus are corpulent, hooved humanoids with ram's horns and a grudge against all life. Every spawn of Orcus is a necromancer in thier father's army, and every one of them is busy raising armies of the undead for one reason and one reason only; the destruction of the drow.
It is a commonly held belief among the followers of Orcus that it was a minor drow deity who murdered Orcus and stole his rod, before Orcus returned as Tenebrous. The spawn are the ringleaders of a massive genocidal plot to kill the drow in retaliation of the murder of their patron. Of course, Orcus knows this is a lie. His death was arranged by Demogorgon, and the actual deed was done by his minions, but Orcus has long held a grudge against Lolth for her aquisition of divinity. If her followers fall, so will Lolth, and then Orcus will be allowed to assume a divine mantle at last.

Spawn of Pazuzu
The spawn of Pazuzu are arrogant, haughty creatures that consider themselves lord of all air. Their excellent manueverability with their three feathered wings, combined with their powerful parentage, might lay claim to their belief. Each spawn is well-treated by their father, possessing a rookery and barracks of vrocks and vrukhs at their disposal. But the spawn of Pazuzu often grow bored of their cushy lifestyle, as desire to wreak some havoc.
The spawn of Pazuzu consider themselves"pranksters", and their pranks are often memorable and highly destructive. They are all capable of possession, and arrange thier possessions to affect either highly demoralizing, but localized targets (children) or people who affect millions of lives (regents, high priests).

Spawn of Yeenoghu
The spawn of Yeenoghu are more often of gnoll ancestry than they are of human stock, but regardless of their heratige, they mostly look the same. All spawn of Yeenoghu resemble wild-eyed gnolls, often foaming at the mouth and missing large patches of fur. Only the human-like feet distinguish a human-born spawn from a gnoll-born one.
Regardless of ancestry, a spawn of Yeenoghu is considered a blessing among gnoll encampments, and most gnoll tribes with a spawn in their ranks do acheive great and wondrous levels of destruction before their messy destruction, usually at the hands of other gnoll tribes. Yeenoghu strategically positions his spawn in tribes he cares to test; thsoe whose raids and territory grabs do not result in their messy deaths he promotes into his own troops.
