Half-Ogres and Ki-Rin Question

This is sort of random I know, but here are a couple of 3.0/3.5 D&D questions. Are there any official sources (including Dragon mag) for half-ogres? Also, are Ki-Rin in the FF or MM2?

They're in Savage Species. +6 STR, large size etc.. +1 ECL.

EDIT: Halg-ogres. Don't know about ki-rin.

Half-ogres are in a Dungeon or Dragon issue. Don't know which, but they are. They also are in Savage Species.

Ki-Rin are neither in FF nor MM2, but they are in Oriental Adventures.

There's a 3.5 half-ogre in the Dragonlance Campaign Setting. It has a +1 level adjustment. I'd probably switch out low-light vision for darkvision, however - I think that's very probably a minor error. Ogres have darkvision, and therefore so should their half-breed offspring.

There's a half-ogre template in Dragon #313 (I think that's the right issue...)

But that's a template...if you want full stats you'll have to check Savage Species, I believe.
