halfling feat?

Can someone tell me what FR Strongheart halflings give up for a bonus feat?

They do not receive the +1 racial bonus to saving throws.

Which means you can use the extra feat to take "Luck of Heroes" and get a +1 to all your saving throws.

Oh, yeah.. and a +1 bonus to AC.

thats all? I guessed it was more. Does it bother anyone else that that "stronghearts" have weaker hearts (and minds)

Anyway stealing the concept, changing the name. I am all about encouraging halflings.
Plus the extra feat makes them even better Evil Halfling Psionists! *

They're showing their.. strong hearts... by giving up the crutch.. of saving throw bonuses?

Nah. Overestimation of their own capabilities leads to situations where the luck of the other halflings doesn't help.
