Halflings

I think WotC should have dropped the name "halfling" and just called them "kender."

Then we'd have another log on the "D&Disms should be removed from D&D" fire.

I prefer hobbits, but I can live with 3E halflings, or even the new fluff ... but the implied mild kleptomania is disturbing. I hate kender.

I recall a lot of people hating kender back when dragonlance was more popular. The kender twist might not be the best way to go with the race.
