Handle Animal Skill

Ok Here is my first question with this. If I was able to make a Dragon or other Magical beast 's INT 2 with a Magic collar of Stupid or something, could i use this skill to train a Dragon mount, and not face fight back from a INT mount? Any thoughts on this

Dragons, like zebras, are untameable.

The Draconomicon states rules for Rearing a Dragon, Using a Diplomacy or intimidate then a handle animal skill to train it. But there is alot of problems with dragons being independint so want to know if I got a Dragon, "Wyverns" most likely down to INT 2 could it be trained etc, Wyverns have INT of 6. not a big jump.

IIRC, the Draconomicon also stated that the dragon will never truly see the human as his master and will escape at the nearest opportunity.

It'd be easier to do if the dragon had the intelligence of an animal, but there are several animal species that can't be tamed or domesticated (again, iirc) such as the zebra.

Zebras? What? Oh, yeah, they're in the photo, too, but I was really trying to provide you with some Beardly Inspiration. I would caption the picture:

"Fellow of the Barbate Society."

Clearly, the beard was instrumental in taming the zebras, for the impressed upon the normally untameable animals the badassitude of their owner.

So logicallym in order to raise dragons, one must be a Beardfist Warrior.
