and Handle is Tools Use, with Handle = Dexterity x Intuition
Handle lets you master tools like weapons, cars, animals ( euh ?? are animals only tools to take care of ?? ) , ships etc
so, what skill is for Fighters ?

Paladins should use Detect Intimidate ( in lieu of Detect Evil Intent if we let loose Alignments ) , but isn't that Intimidate the same as Produce Stress ?
