Cheerio Fellows!

Thanks so much for the good wishes.

All who are in the Lake Geneva area be sure and drop by on thursday evening at our place on 316 Madison Street for the pre-Lake Geneva Gaming Convention "open porch" celebration. Food and some drink, but BYOB is wise advice ;)

Cheers,
Gary

Damnit...why couldn't Lake Geneva be a bit closer to England?

(oh, and Happy Birthday, Col!)

Or vice versa. I quite enjoy England and I very much like British cooking...and real ale ;)

We are working hard on getting Jon Creffield, from Weston Supermere, over here for next year's Lake Geneva Game Convention.

BTW, this year was a great time, a perfect mini-con, relaxed and friendly with everyone playing something. The hit of the show from my POV was expatriot Yorkshireman Mikey Bradley, father of artist Peter Bradley, who had me laughing far too much

Cheers,
Gary

D'oh, I rolled a 1 on my Init check.

Happy Belated Birthday, G-man. Many thanks for filling up my free time with adventure!

Belated Happy Birthday! :)

If ale is your brew of choice, the next time you're on this side of the pond you might want to check out Hobgoblin Strong Dark Ale - it sounds like a fantasy drink, but it's the real thing: http://www.wychwood.co.uk/wychwood_hobgoblin.htm

I too wish Lake Geneva, WI and England were closer together. I hope you'll be back soon. Any chance you can make it to Dragonmeet in London this December?

Hope your birthday was a happy one, Gary. Me, I hit the big 4-0 later this year, and am building a house, and am adopting internationally...so nevermind ;)

In the spirit of Barrier Peaks, I was tempted to place interior walls in my basement that, when viewed from above, spelled AEO. :p

Stick a web-cam out there on Thursday, and we can all have a cold one together in cyberspace.
