i hate time zones people always get to celebrate things before me

Who says you have to celebrate New Years' for the time zone you happen to be in? I recall one memorable 31st we started celebrating New Year's in Afghanistan and went on, hour after hour -- we lost track somewhere over the Pacific...

There was singing involved, if I recall correctly. Also falling down.
