Hardness of Minerals/Dwarven Stones [Geologists?]

I do. They are odd. I have an old set of Game Science that are so light they stop rolling once they hit a mat, so I am switching to those soon. Still, was wondering if anyone else had experiences with Dwarven Stones or Honor Dice and worry about the chipping issues, etc.

I have 3 sets of Dwarven Stones, and I'm constantly worried about their safety. They never leave the house, and I roll them in a foam lined box. No one else can touch them.

And I'm sure they don't roll fair. The sides aren't all even. My FLGS has another ~8 sets on display, and each set has at least one die that's off.

Of course they're so cool I use 'em anyway.

But if you're really concerned about either durability or random distribution, get something else.
