Has anyone picked up Issue 1 of the new D&D comic?

I read the preview a few months ago and it seemed interesting enough to pick up at least a few issues, but my local comic shop didn't have issue 1, which was supposed to be out in November.

Aside from Astro City, I don't collect, or really even read comics so I might be out of the loop on the way the distribution works. Do they generally drop at the beginning of the month or some time later? Has anyone heard of delays in the release date?

No, actually, beyond Issue 0, I haven't heard or seen anything about the comic at all.

I got Issue 0 and Issue 1, from what I remember isn't due out until November 10th ...
