Someone (don't recall who offhand) has compiled the AD&D (and OD&D?) rulings from the Q&A threads over on K&K @ http://www.knights-n-knaves.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=114

I actually thought there was more than this, but wasn't able to find anything else from a quick search....
