Winged Boots
Rod of metagamic empowerment (moderate)
Ring of invi
Periap of Wis +6
Ring of Prot +4
Gauntlets of Gre Power +4
Belt of Constitution +2
Vest of Resistance +5
Cloack of Char +6
Bracers of speed
Lenses of darkness
Bead of Karma
Rod of metamagic widen Greater

Armour: Great Armor +4 (Tessilated, Deathward 2/d, black dragon scales)
Animated Large Sheild +1 (With Magic Vestment usually cast all day)

I have about 90 000 GP to purchase stuff with...any ideas? also with the costs please. ANd i just want to purchase them, not make them if possible :)

Maybe a little more detail on your character and his abilities?

you have boosted your CHR... are you using the extra turn attempts to "power" something?
Maybe Nightsticks?... but you should get DM approval for those...

You clearly have enough good gear. It's time to get cool gear.

A DIF.
An apparatus of the crab
Crystal Ball or Orb of Storms
A Flying Carpet
Lyre of Building + Materials = Fortress
Golem Manual

The psionic item Third Eye(Sense) is fun.

Pearls of Power, Pearls of Power, Pearls of Power

Magic vestment every piece of armor and shield in the party from one spell slot... far cheaper than buying a straight +5 on each piece. Merely one example.

Rod of metagamic empowerment (moderate) < --- You mean a moderate metamagic rod of empower right?
Ring of Prot +4 <--- Bump to +5 if possible
Belt of Constitution +2 <---- bump to +6 and have 68 more hp to play with!
Bracers of speed <--- Bracers of speed? Like, boots of speed? You know since your DM seems to be fairly leninet with switching the body slots of items around, why not have a bracers of natural armor? Your arcane caster should be casting haste in nearly every combat anyway.

You are nuts!

You gotta be kidding me?

17th level and you STILL don't have the following two life-savers?

1) RING OF FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT! 40K

I hardly need to say more, but I will.

2) NECKLACE OF ADAPTATION 9K

Create the same effect as the necklace using a different slot if you want.

The latter makes you immune to gasses, cloud spells, being underwater, being in outer space, etc. It will get used probably 1 time in every 5 battles; but when it makes a difference, it's pretty huge!

The former makes you immune to millions of annoyances, many of them possibly lethal at this level. You will probably benefit from it every 2 battles, and it will probably save your ass every 5 battles.

Immune to grappling? Check!

Best 50K you will ever spend!

He's a 17th level Cleric... it's on his spell list... it lasts 10mins/level... why wouldn't he just cast the spell? Normal... extended... divine persistently...

If he can persist it, he should every day. For sure.

If not, buy the ring.

Still the ring has one of the best "bangs for the buck" in the core rules at 40K.

I'd definitely consider cranking up the AC some more if possible. There's a curve, which if you can get ahead of it, significantly lowers the damage you take (and thus extending your lifespan). AC is something which is most effective when you're at an extreme.

The ioun stone which gives an AC bonus would be one item. Something that gives a natural armor bonus would be another suggestion. If you're allowed other books, there's a really nice item which gives a sacred AC bonus in the Book of Exalted Deeds (and which also tosses 50% of damage back to the attacker too).

I'd also concur with the earlier poster to take a hard look at the ring of freedom of movement.

If you happen to have any divine feats, consider something which gives you more turn attempts.
