HD Based Affects

I'm trying to think of all the spells, special attacks, effects etc. which base their potency off of the affected creatures HD. Off the top of my head I can think of the Cloudkill and Color Spray spell and Dragon fear. I'm sure that I'm missing quite a bit, what else is there?

HD limits apply to a number of necromancy spells - Cause Fear, Circle of Death, Scare.

Sleep spell and turn/rebuke undead.

Breath Weapons of dragons also apply. Actually, nearly every monster special ability uses the following formula: DC 10 + half hit die + Con mod. Some abilities use a different ability score mod in place of the Con mod, such as Charisma. You can even use this formula to see if the creature's save DC is correct. Sometimes, it isn't.

what about the fix HP-limits like Powerword Stun and the like. Not really HD dependent but similar.

As in the case of the (not so) fearsome Tarrasque's Frightening Presence - 10 points lower than it should be, by the rules.
