If the guard requests the motives of the group's presence in the office so late, Seat says that "It has to do with academic information related with artifacts recovered in the mournlands" wich is technically true but implies that the group is actually a group of adventurers that recovered a lost treasure, not what really is going on, and then proceeds to derail the answer, talking about the religious customs of Cyre's ethnic minority groups and then to even more esoteric matters.</blockquote>
