Healer equivelent to Warlocks and Warblades?

Quasi-simple solution: Allow people to take more non-lethal damage than lethal.

Just say you get knocked out when you have twice as much, or thrice as much, nonlethal damage as you have HP, instead of it being equal.

That way getting your damage converted still helps you, but not as much as a real cure spell and you'll still get knocked out eventually.

Why don't you just give the player a custom wondrous healing item that casts CLW at will, but is only usable by divine spellcasters?
