Designing Prayers for 5th edition religious folk. Comments welcome.
HEAL ALLY/healing prayer/available to cleric type class 1/standard at-will action/the cleric type adds Heal Skill +1 and heals 1/4th of the ally's maximum hit points +1d8 during an encounter/during an extended rest, all allies are healed/self or 1 ally/1d20+Heal Bonus versus Difficulty Class DC7/failure on a natural 1/Heal Skill +1, +1 ally, +1d8 hit points every 5 levels
CURE ALLY/healing prayer/available to cleric type class 1/standard at-will action/the caster adds Heal Skill +1 and cures poisons, diseases, afflictions, and curses/targets self or 1 ally/during an encounter the caster rolls a heal check 1d20+Heal Bonus versus Difficulty Class of the poison, disease, affliction(Daze, Fear, Insanity), or curse/a roll failure diagnoses the type and neutralizes it preventing progression and further damage/failure by 4 or less cures it/success cures and restores abilities and 1d8 hit points/During an extended rest, all poisons, diseases, afflictions, and curses are cured assuming the cleric type continues to pray until successful./Heal Skill check +1 every level, heal +1 ally during an encounter every 5 levels
RESTORE ALLY/healing prayer/available to cleric type class 5/standard at-will action/the cleric type adds Heal Skill +1 and restores bones, organs, and limbs thus removing permanent (Blindness, Deafness, Paralysis), restoring speed, defenses and attacks and also regenerates 1d8 hit points/targets self or 1 ally/during an encounter the cleric type rolls a heal check 1d20+Heal Skill Bonus versus Difficulty Class DC7/failure on a natural 1/Heal Skill check +1 every level, heal +1 ally during an encounter every 5 levels
REGENERATE LIFE/healing prayer/available to cleric type class 5/standard at-will action/the cleric type adds Heal Skill +1 and restores age permanently lost abilities levels/targets self or 1 ally/during an encounter the cleric type rolls a heal check 1d20+Heal Skill Bonus versus the will of the monster who took the age, abilities and levels of the ally/Heal Skill check +1 every level, heal +1 ally during an encounter every 5 levels
RAISE DEAD/healing prayer/available at cleric type 10/standard daily action/the cleric type restores the life of 1 ally during an encounter or non-encounter/1d20+Dead Ally's Fortitude Bonus (Subtract-10 from 4th edition Fortitude to get the bonus) versus Difficulty Class DC7/failure on a natural 1/failure means the soul won't return and becomes undead foe with full hit points/raise +1 ally during an encounter every 5 levels
