I am, but I'd like to wait until I've seen the fine print. It's unlikely, but there might be some restiction that will make this the first reserve feat that's not an 'at will'-ability. But, together with the Dragon shaman's healing aura, it pretty much confirms my suspicion that WotC expects PCs to heal completely between encounters.
