Heavy Armor Dexterity Feat?

I am looking for the source book for a feat I had in .pdf format awhile ago, the feat is called, "Heavy Armor Dexterity". It allows you to ignore the weight of Heavy armor in regards to movement(i.e. full movement regardless of weight of armor), reduces Armor check by 1, and increases the allowed dexterity bonus by 1. I think it might be in Ultimate Feats by Mongoose Press, because I think it might be a blood feat. Can anybody tell me where to find this feat?, is it in fact in Ultimate Feats?

Yes this is the same post with a different title, since I got no replies to the orginal one I thought changeing it to the actual feat I am looking for might help in getting some help finding it. Sorry if this bugs anybody.

Check the book 'Plots & Poison'. I know it's about Drow, but there were lots of feats designed to reduce an armors effect on Dex mods. It also has a Martial Arts style designed around using two shields in combat (you use the shield for defense, offense, and arrow deflection without the defensive boost from the shield). requires a lot of feats as prereqs, but I think they all have the effect your after.

Who puts out Plots & Poison?, and are they drow specific feats? My DM can be a bit anal at times so he might not allow the feats if the only way to get them is to be trained by a drow.

The feat is called "Heavy Armor Dexterity", I had it for a previous character and I am almost positive that it is a blood feat, so thought it might come from the Ultimate Feats book. My dm was the one who had it and he had it in .pdf format, but lost it when he had his comp fixed by the manufacturer. The only high point for him was that they installed XP Pro after formating, so he got it for free instead of XP Home.

The new Races Of Stone has a number of such Feats. They also have Exotic Armour types that require Feats just as Exotic Weapons do.
