Hellsing RPG-Which System?

OK, which system would you use to run an RPG centered around the Hellsing Organization from the anime, Hellsing?

I was thinking of using either Spycraft(with Shadowforce Archer and a few homebrew rules) or GURPS for it; Spycraft would help emulate the whole organizational thing, and GURPS would allow fully customized characters and, with GURPS Horror and Children of the Night, I would have a wide variety of antagonists to throw at my players(I don't wanna stick exclusively to the show).

I only have limited knowledge of both Spycraft and Gurps but I would recommend Gurps: Hellboy since it covers practically the exact same area you are looking for. The parallel between the BPRD and the Hellsing Organisation is obvious. In fact I could see them as competing agencies; one British, one American.

Incidently I am a great fan of both Hellsing and Hellboy, and the thought of crossovers between the two seems an excellent idea...if I do say so myself. :p

Hi Craig et al - I run a game set in the old NightLife RPG's universe, with a Kin-hunter organisation Target Alpha that's practically identical to the Hellsing Organisation in the anime, even down to the blonde female leader - this is entirely unintentional, I started the Nightlife game back in 95/96 and saw the Hellsing anime last year, where I noticed how they copied all my ideas (except IMC Dracula is the BBEG, not the protagonist). :)
Personally for this I use my friend Bob's homebrew system, which resembles a simplified d20 system although it predates 3e - it uses 'lower is better' for all checks, and retains ability checks of the "roll under Dexterity to succeed" type.
I definitely suggest a simple system for this setting. Ablative hit points seem to work well, so something like d20 modern or the Unisystem (as in Buffy The Vampire Slayer & All Flesh Must Be Eaten) would work well - the latter would probably work somewhat better IMO, but if you like plenty of crunch in your game I'm sure d20 modern or Spycraft would be ok.
