Help, cannot find PrC!

I remember a PrC, 5 levels, that had something to do with Telekenisis, kinda like what the Wayfarer Guide was for Teleport. I cannot find it now, so I have either lost a book or my mind.

I saw it last night, while trying to put together a new character. It's in one of:

Complete Divine
Complete Warrior
Book of exalted deeds
Unearthed Arcana

And weirdly enough I'm pretty sure it was complete warrior.
