Help! I Need Stats for 5 Gestalt Jedi...

I've got a one-shot Star Wars Revised adventure this week based around Order 66... Due to some unexpected time constraints, I haven't quite got the time to finish building the pre-generated characters I need. If anyone can give me a hand, I'd really appreciate it.

I've got a start on them, so here's what I need:

Five 7th level Star Wars Revised characters, using the Gestalt rules from UA. The following race/class combinations should be used (choose either Consular or Guardian for the Jedi half).

Human Male, Scoudrel 7-(Jedi 7)
Rodian Male, Scout 7-(Jedi 7)
Calamari Male, Fringer 7-(Jedi 7)
Trandoshan Male, Soldier 7-(Jedi 7)
Wookiee Male, Soldier 7-(Jedi 7)

They should all be at least moderately proficient in piloting and astrogating starfighters (even if that means using cross-class ranks). Their only possessions should be a lightsaber and Jedi robes.

I've already completed one character, so please use the attached file as an example...

Not that I'm going to write one up for you, but... Do you want them built as "logical" builds (the non-combat monkey characters are consulars, while the soldiers are guardians) or as twink builds (the non-combat monkeys are guardians, and the soldiers are consulars)? It'd probably be somewhat imbalanced to do some one way and some the other...
 

Considering the time period and the nature of the adventure premise (6 newly fledged Jedi knights caught unawares by Order 66, and githing for their lives), I'd planned on making all of them Guardians... Though I won't turn away a Consular build either.

The focus for the character should ease of jumping into the character, given general knowledge of generic D20 rules, but not necessarily Star Wars rules.
