Help! I need stats for skeletal hands!

should I just use tiny or small skeletons with grapple attacks instead of what they normally get?

Or are there any good ones on the web....

Do you have Monsters of Faerun? There are crawling claws in there. All you'd need to do to make them skeletal would be make them the undead type and give them DR 5/bludgeoning and cold immunity.

Or just add the skeleton template from the 3.5 MM.
