Thank you! This was it exactly. When I called wizards I described this and they recognized it as a bug in their database. Customer support had it fixed within 5 minutes.![]()
Even considering that my monday morning is more like late sunday evening in Seattle (Renton), they're solving these ever quicker.
Note that I didn't exactly "notice" that the refund process performed an unwarranted status update cfr. Insider access; I merely theorised it here, after my case was handled. Glad to have been of assistance (if any).
