You know, Angelsboi, no offense, but why don't you do your own research? Not like it's hard. I plugged "japanese priest" into google.com and within a minute I'd found:

shidoso - an unauthorized Buddhist monk, usually a criminal
hijiri - an ordained Buddhist monk

I'm sure if you'd have taken the two minutes it took to write your OH GOD HELP ME post you'd have found it too.

i did go to google. I didnt think of japanese priest though. I typed Japanese religion, buddhist, shinto, and oriential religion

even japanese religious titles.

Actualy, I would use Guuji or Daiguuji, myself. Daiguuji is a rank above Guuji, sorta. Depending on how high you wanna go.
