help! Looking for a fleshed out estate or mansion

First Post
Can anyone help me find a location or adventure involving an estate?

I have a rogue going into this location to retreive an item, but I don't want to have to create the thing from scratch.

An adventure (from Dungeon or any other source) with a mansion or something similar that I can plop into my campaign...

Thanks for any ideas!

This has no setting, edition, or other information going... so kinda hard to set things down.

More data please?

I think that the second installment of the savage tide might have something useful, in "The Bullywug Gambit" The charachters have to clear out the Vanderboren Mansion of bullywugs, and you might use it as the mansion, it is in issue number 141, November of 2006

sorry, 142, I dont actually have it on hand right now, I just know that there were 150 issues of Dungeon and I thought that August '07 was the last issue, but it was September, so I had to re-backtrack to get the right number.

Thievery 101: Joining the Watchers and Thievery 101: The Periapt of Famidon are linked solo modules for a beginning Rogue that require him rob a mansion iirc.
The free pdf A thief among us is included in the second adventure above.

You could also use Green Ronin's Bleeding Edge #1: Mansion of Shadows. (Check the reviews)

Here's a site with some free mansion maps: building plans

Also check out the following sites with free stuff: WotC Free Adventures, WotC Cliffhangers, The Cooperative Dungeon Collection (01 - 04), Dungeon Adventure Archive. Among them are:

Oh and for a very old source check out:
Dungeon Issue #7 Volume II, Number 1 (September/October 1987)
NIGHTSHADE
AD&D adventure, 1-4 characters of levels 1-3
Written by: Nigel D. Findley
Artwork by: Valerie Valusek
City or Town, temperate
5 pages
Description: The characters are sent to pick up a "medicine" concocted by the wizard Nightshade.

Iirc it features a nice small intrigue and the PCs are hired to steal from the town mayors mansion. The NPCs area all a bit higher level than the suggested levels for PCs indicate and the mansion is quite detailed. I ran it a loong time ago, and the gypsy fighter-thief PC used his potion of treasure finding right away, bypassing most of the obstacles and plot and beating the adventure nicely after looting the secret safe.
