Help making this ninja a bit more efficient

So, it's like this. Made a female human ninja and so far she's managing, but she has some blatant flaws. Strength isn't great, and her constitution took a hit as well. I've been able to make her survive well so far, but my DM advised me to buff her up soon. I have plenty of choices, I can pick a secondary class, but I'm a bit split here.

A basic strategy I've noticed that works decently, unless the enemy is immune to sneak attacks, obviously, is to start the fight with a wave strike, using my invisibility so I spend the enemy's turn invisible, and then sneak attack it and go invis once more.

So far, these are my stats:

Str:11
Dex:21
Con:12
Int:16
Wis:14
Cha:23

I managed to get my hands on some stuff to boost my charisma for the skills and Ki Pool, that's why my charisma is so bloated at lvl 7 (still have to take care of the level up to 7).

my current feats are: Weap Finesse, Quick Draw, Wave Strike, Imp Unarmed Combat

my tricks are: Pressure Points, Vanishin Trick, Fast Stealth (Since I'll have to do some solo-ing now and then, I figured that moving at full speed while using stealth would be useful)

I can go full ninja, add a bit of monk, maybe shadow dancer...I want to make her deadly but able to survive. The trick to 1-hit kill would be useful, eventhough I know it won't work on the big bad guys. Monk would be good to add some survivability, but since she focuses mostly on a special weapon she has, I dunno how much the unarmed stuff would help. Imp Unarmed Strike is mostly for flavor, there.

Any ideas from you guys? I'm not that great about making rly strong charas xD we'll have a small army of npcs we can recruit, so that's a big help.

Need to get combat reflexes. I think its in pathfinder and works same way.if you cross class id go with rogue since ninja and rogue sneak attack stack.

21 dex is a plus 5 i think. Go invis hit in back you get your attack with an extra 2d6 damage plus attacks of opportunity equal to your dex bonus. Assuming your using a dagger at level two thats a minimum 7 damage max 36 plus your bonuses. And you can do it every turn

I'm using a one handed custom weapon the dm gave my chara, it hits like a beast so that's an interesting idea, but I'm still in trouble if I come across undead or constructs. And I still can't rly take a punch xD

Uhmmm. Your kinda not supposed to. Your not a front line fighter your a quick in then out. Could take a level in wizard maybe

hmm, it would add a few options, true. and since her charisma is high that should work well

Yes, you can sneak attack undeads and contrsucts in pathfinder, unless the specific creature is immune.

You can't sneak attack Oozes and Elements, so there are still some monsters you need to watch out for.

Ninjas are not about damage and fighting. What makes them good is the utility. The character seems to be too focused on combat. Let the martials take on the fight and just sneak in and finish the enemies.

Shadow Clone should been one of your first tricks. 1d4 mirror images is far better than any AC bonus or HP.

If you want to multi-class, choose Ranger if you want to be in combat or Bard if you want to focus only on utility.

Hmm, shadow clones do look interesting, having a chance to completely avoid a hit is pretty amazing.

And I didn't know undeads could take sneak attacks, gotta check that xD Being the case, a few of my worries have been dealt with, thanks!!!!

Ranger would be pretty interesting, I can see some cool synergies.

For poisons I just need more gold, any particular poison that springs to mind?
