Help me build a Ghost Dragon

Last week I saw a thread about whether or not one can apply the ghost template to a dragon. The consensus was . . . Yes. Many people spoke of a ghost dragon with normal flight and perfect manuverability as being a nasty creature.

My question is how nasty would it be? Does anyone have an example of such a dragon in their archives for me to look at? I'd appreciate the help.
