Help me CR some homebrew monsters

Empirate

First Post
Hey guys. I'd like to ask your help in CRing some homebrew monsters I plan to unleash on my E6 group. In my game world, there's a cabal of sinister Medusa-like monsters called Sibyls. It's planning to... well, that would be giving too much away, wouldn't it? Suffice to say that nuclear radiation is a common hazard in this world, and the Sibyls revel in it. They also have oracular powers, at least the females. Males are rather slow, dumb brutes, but can put up a terrific fight, and are quite stealthy. Both genders use radiation (in the form of a gaze attack and an eye ray, respectively) to dry up their opponent's flesh, turning them into hard, brittle, and lightweight statues (treat as petrified).

Below you'll find two statblocks (incomplete, but the important stuff should be there). Any other pointers will be gladly accepted, as well.

Sybillinic Females look human enough, so long as they keep their snake-filled head hidden beneath a heavy veil. They have no breasts, and their hips are slim. Their fingers and toes are very long, and their skin seems dry and flaky to the touch.

Desiccating Gaze (Su): 2 Con and 4 Dex damage and decrease all base speeds by 10’. When Con, Dex or base land speed reach 0, the target is petrified. 30’ range. Fort DC 14 negates (Cha-based). Lost speed heals naturally at a rate of 10’/day. This is a radiation effect.

Poison (Ex): Injury (Snakes attack), initial damage 1d12 hp, secondary damage 2d12 hp (Fort DC negates).

Visions (Su): Sibyllinic Females can use Augury at will and Divination 1/day, both as supernatural abilities (effective CL 4). Furthermore, they are never surprised, so they can always act in the surprise round and are never flat-footed at the start of combat.

Irradiated traits: Sibyllinic Females receive a +4 racial bonus to their saving throws to resist the harmful effects of radiation. Furthermore, radiation effects count as one level less severe than normal.

Sibyllinic Male

CE Medium Monstrous Humanoid (Radiant)

HD: 6d8+18 (45 hp)
Init: +1
Speed: 10’
AC: 19 (+1 Dex, +8 NA), touch 11, flat-footed 18
BAB/grapple: +6/+10
Attacks: slam +10 (1d4+4 plus radiation) and 2 snakes +5 (1d4+2 plus radiation); or 2 snakes +10 (1d4+4 plus radiation); or +8 ranged touch (Desiccation)
Special Attacks: Desiccating Ray, Improved Grab
Special Qualities: All-around vision, Darkvision 60’, Radiant traits, Scent
Saves: Fort +5 Ref +6 Will +7
Abilities: Str 18, Dex 12, Con 16, Int 6, Wis 14, Cha 5
Skills: Hide +9, Listen +5, Move Silently +8, Spot +9
Feats: Alertness, Stealthy
CR ???

Sibyllinic Males look like short, hunched, broad-shouldered humans at a distance, but up close the fine but brittle and hard scales are unmistakable. Their silhouette is further compromised by two big, writhing snakes that grow from the backs of their large, lumpy heads. Sibyllinic Males have huge, opalescent eyes and comparatively small and narrow mouths. Not very bright, they still stalk prey with cunning and patience. Males don't wear clothing or armor and are not proficient with any weapons.

Desiccating Ray (Su): Ray attack deals 2 Con and 4 Dex damage and decreases all base speeds by 10’ (no save). When Con, Dex or base land speed reach 0, the target is petrified. Lost speed heals naturally at a rate of 10’/day. Unlike normal rays, this has a range increment (60’). At the second range increment and beyond, the ray’s effect is halved. This is a radiation effect.

Improved Grab (Ex): If a Sibyllinic Male hits with both snake attacks, he can start a grapple as a free action that provokes no attacks of opportunity. In subsequent rounds, a successful grapple check deals double snake damage and exposes the victim to the Sibyllinic Male’s radiation.

All-around vision (Ex): Sibyllinic Males use their snakes to look in three directions at once. They receive a +4 bonus on Search and Spot checks and cannot be flanked.

Radiant traits: A Sibyllinic Male is immune to radiation effects. His natural attacks cause slight radiation (1 Con damage, Fort DC 16 negates).

Sibyllinic Males are naturally stealthy and receive a +4 racial bonus on Hide and Move Silently checks.

Thanks a lot, Frank. I'd made up my own radiation rules before reading this, and interestingly enough, they're quite close to what is proposed here. For the moment I'm sticking with my own ruleset, but thank you anyway!
