I too, LOVE the flip mat! I believe it was said above but there is a lot to be said for transportability and this is perfect for Convention running because of the portability... (Especially if you carry a lot of Minis.)
Help me decide, please.

Price considerations
Not to diss the cheaper products out there (because really, this category is filled with excellent product), I would like to bring to voters' minds a few questions, notably:
Are you voting for the best product, or the best product value?
and
Do you think that versatility is important, or how well it accomplishes its aim/production values?
I'm not saying that either answer is right or wrong BTW.
For many, value for money is a factor when deciding if something is "the best". For others, it's the quality of the product itself, regardless of price.
And even though a particular item may be only useful once in awhile, if it kicks all manner of buttocks in its usefulness in that particular situation, does it win out over something that may not be quite so cool, but is useful every day (maybe this ties into the product value issue again)?
I'm interested to know how y'all feel about certain these (and any other) issues.
How do you pick your winner?
If you aren't familiar with all the entries, do you skip that category? Or vote for what you know? Do you do any research? Read up on the nominees page, check out samples or check out copies IRL from friends or the FLGS?
