Help me design a challenge

Running an adventure for 4 20th level characters. I want it to have something to do with Undead and mind flayers. Any ideas? These guys are all very experienced players, so it has to be tough.

It might help if you shared the class(es) of each character and any relevant plot points, if any.

Vampires are pretty easy to make, just grab the generic NPC stats for a character of level X then apply the Vampire template and have fun. Mind flayers are a little trickier. If you have access to the Epic Level Handbook try adding the Paragon template to a mind flayer or two. It'll make them way more threatening for 20th level characters.
