i would like to build / buy a magic item that grants a +5 insight bonus to attack roles. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

um.. this seems low...x4 for conitinuos in there...does "insight" cost more than "enhancement"?

When wearing these lenses, your extends a fraction of a second into the future, allowing you to better land blows against your opponents. You gain a +5 insight bonus on your attack rolls. Lenses of Insight use the wearer's goggles slot.
Moderate Clairsentience;
Prerequisites: ML 13th; Craft Universal Item; Precognition, Offensive.
1 (1st-level power)
x 13th level manifester (minimum for a +5 insight bonus)
x 2,000 (continuous item)
x2 (minute/level duration made continuous)

Even cheaper...
You could probably slap on a x2 modifier there.

If you use Hong's formula (he seems to use the insight bonus to AC cost), I'd double his price, reflecting the difference between an offensive insight bonus and a defensive one (same as the Weapon/Armour enhancement bonus difference).
