It has a bad habit of making bad choices for feats and skills. Besides, it doesn't make personalities and, IIRC, it doesn't have the option of making point-buy NPCs.(atleast it din't the last time I have used it)

But if I don't get responses, I will probably have to use that or do it all by hand.

Click on "NPC" on the left side a few times, discarding any of the overpowered ones, like the Elminster killing, Halaster female-dog slapping, near-Gods.
