Help me stat out Charlie Sheen

Come on guys, lets hear some more powers, my mortal mind cannot transcribe the Sheen alone

thats how MISTER SHEEN rolls, other than of course rolling is d20 with only 20's on it

I, for one, would like to think he uses a regular 20 sided dice, with the 20 facing up, and rolls the world.

I have no idea about his abilities, because I'm not enough of a Warlock afficionado and I failed my Knowledge: Arcana roll.

But here are Charlie's attributes:

STR 12 (20 if currently on some sort of illegal substance, which is often)
DEX 14 (can put foot in mouth with ease)
CON 18 (clearly can survive almost anything he does to his body)
INT 10 (seems about average)
WIS 4 (need I say more?)
CHA 20 (But -10 penalty against Lawful-aligned targets. Like paladins. )

Target: One creature
Attack: Sheen's Brain vs. Will
Hit: 8d10 damage and the target is dominated (death ends).
Miss: Close burst 10
All creatures in effect are dazed (save ends).
