Help me understand "The Delve"

The monthly delves I have been ordering for the FLGS contain a very light plot (perhaps two paragraphs) followed by four encounters. Each of these encounters fits on a two sided cardstock sheet. I expect the delve book to have a similar format, two facing pages, with everything you need for the encounter. Create four encounters per level and you get a book with 120 encounters, roughtly 240 pages in length... putting the book a bit short on pages at 160. So probably closer to two encounters per level, or shorter encounters.

Alternatively, it could be every other level or so. Its not like there needs to be a radical change between a level 5 delve and a level 6 delve.

It could also be 1 page per encounter, with perhaps an extra page per level showing the encounter areas (maybe only a single map is necessary). If it went with 5 pages per level, that would work out to 150 pages. From what they've shown, they included suggested additions which list monsters (from the monster manual). They also include which tile sets can be used to build the dungeons to delve.
