Crystal Caste also distributes a pretty good array of dice, including the ever popular (and tiny) Dwarven Stones. Personally, I prefer Chessex for my dice orders though.

As for minis, I'd have to say Reaper is the best. My own preferences preclude me from looking elsewhere extensively.
