Help: Monte Cook's Ranger. Where do I find it? (Edit: thanks nsruf and Douane!)

I've heard SO much about how good this class is (is it one or two varients?) and have never actually looked for it. Sad, I know.

But, now I'm about to start DMing a game that focuses heavily on Druids and Rangers (so far, two Druids and two Rangers have confirmed of a group of 5-6 people). I'd like to give them the option, should they choose to take it.
