[Help!] Monte Cook's Ranger

Okay, I'm not sure in which forum this should go, so I'll try here in the General Discussion: Does anyone know of a website that has Monte Cook's Ranger variant posted?

I'm going to be starting an online game, and the DM is using Cook's ranger. The problem is that I have a WebTV, and I can't download the file from Cook's own site (I know, WebTV sucks).

If anyone knows where I can see an online text of it (or can cut & paste the file and e-mail it to me), I'd really appreciate it. In the homebrew world we'll be playing in, I'm leaning towards either a ranger or fighter (or, less likely, barbarian).

And, in case anyone is wondering, the download on Cook's site is free (I just don't want a repeat of the whole Dragon Magazine PrCs problem that occurred not to long ago).

The problem is that my system can't read PDF files or download anything that can (Berandor, I can't read it on your link, either).

WebTV. It's cheaper than a computer, but can't do half as much.

Cerebus, however, sent me this:

Montes ranger gets d8 HD, good FORT and REF saves, Track at first level, good BAB,  Bonus feats at 1st level and at 4,  7, 10, 13,  16, 19th levels, and a favored Enemy at 1st and 5, 10, 15, 20th.  They get 6 skill points per level, and accompanying starting skill points.  Same weapon and armor profs.

Spells per day:

"1st level, from 20th level down: 4,3,3,3,3,2,2,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,1,0,0 

2nd level spells, 20th down: 3,3,3,3,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,1,0,0

3rd level spells:  3,3,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,0,0

4th level:  3,2,2,1,1,1,0,0"

Anthing missing? Do you still get 2-weapon fighting?

Also, I take it that the spells are the same as the PHB ranger, correct?
 

He doesn't get Ambi or Two-Weapon automatically; if he wants them, he must purchase them through his bonus feats or through regular feats. Bonus feats are:

Ambi, Blind-Fight, Combat Reflexes, Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack, Exotic Weapon, Expertise, Imp. Disarm, Imp. Trip, Whirlwind, Mounted Combat, Mounted Archery, Spirited Charge, Trample, Ride-By Attack, all the Bow feats, Quick-Draw, Improved Two-Weapon, Weapon Finesse, and Weapon Focus.

There's also a few new ranger feats and a few new ranger spells.
 

The new feats and spells are here:

Favored Enemy Strike [General]
Prereq: Favored Enemy
Benefit: Whenever you strike a favored enemy, you deal an extra 1d6 damage. This damage isn't multiplied on a critical, and doesn't apply to enemies immune to critical hits.

FE Crit Strike [General]
Prereq: Favored Enemy
Benefit: Whenever you score a critical on a favored enemy, you deal an extra 1d10 damage if the weapon is Crit *2, 2d10 for Crit *3, and 3d10 for Crit *4. This feat doesn't let you deal extra damage on enemies immune to critical hits.

Both feats can be taken as Ranger bonus feats.

Your allies have a +1 favored enemy bonus (as the 1stlevel
ranger ability) against a favored enemy you choose.
This doesn’t stack with existing favored enemy bonuses.

Range: Personal
Area: You
Duration: 10 minutes/level
Saving Throw: None
You gain a +10 enhancement bonus to Move Silently
and Hide checks when out of doors, above ground, in
a non-urban environment.
